What Size of prints do you offer?
All my products will list in the product description the size of the finished piece and how it comes sold for example that they come rolled in a tube, in a hard backed envelope or framed etc.
I sell the prints on my website at A5 size paper all the way upto A1 paper size. All exact measurements of prints and frames are listed on each listing.
You can also order each print framed, that come in size A4-A1. These come made to order in a high quality black wood unmounted frame.

Do you offer Print Customisation?
The prints come as shown, but if you'd like something bespoke, email yusef@artbyarjo.com and I will get back to you with options.
What is your Refund Policy?
If your order arrives damaged or something wrong with the order just get in touch over email and we will get another out to you as soon as possible all we ask is you send us photo evidence of damage or error in the email.
You can get a full refund on a unframed print, to do this you have to post back the print to sender address and once we receive and as long as no damage we will fully refund you.
We do not refund on Framed prints. As mentioned above if it is damaged or wrong of course we will send out the correct framed print asap to you.
When returning items for a refund customer has to pay for the postage cost to return the item to us.
How do the orders get posted out?
Unframed Prints - Dispatched in 1 working days (mon-Fri) & Posted via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked delivery.
Framed Prints - Dispatched in 2-3 working Days (mon-Fri) & posted Fedex tracked & next day delivery from the dispatch day.
Free shipping on all orders over £30. Under £30 is just £2.99.
No pricing information is included in the packaging — it arrives as a clean, gift-ready present. The only thing inside is the print, protective packaging, and a Certificate of Authenticity. The unframed prints come either in a hard-backed envelope or rolled in a tube depending on size. And the framed prints in a cardboard box and bubble wrapped.
Do you offer International Delivery?
Framed prints are UK-only. Unframed prints ship worldwide. The International Shipping charge is £12.99
