• High-resolution file (300dpi recommended)
• Original image file (not a screenshot or social media download)
• JPEG, or PDF format are best.

Frame Info
The framed option comes strung and ready to hang. Our frames are made of solid wood and are handmade in the UK. They come in the following options:
All Black frames : A 20mm wide flat shaped black coloured picture frame moulding with 22mm depth. Made from real ayous wood with a paint finish.
All of our frames have 2mm acrylic glazing. It is light, safe, optically outstanding, scratch-resistant and will not discolour.
Postage and Delivery
As this is a bespoke personalised service the dispatch time is 2 days from when the proof image is approved over email by customer.
All order are then posted tracked and delivered and will be delivered within 48 hours of being dispatched.
Secure Packaging: We take extra care to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.
Framed orders can not be placed internationally or to Northern Ireland.
***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
Please note all framed options can not be purchased internationally currently and only available to UK addresses, also international orders at A4 prints or larger will be posted out rolled in a tube to avoid any damage in transit.

FAQ
What Size of prints do you offer?
All my products will list in the product description the size of the finished piece and how it comes sold for example that they come rolled in a tube, in a hard backed envelope or framed etc.
I sell the prints on my website at A5 size paper all the way upto A1 paper size. All exact measurements of prints and frames are listed on each listing.
You can also order each print framed, that come in size A4-A1. These come made to order in a high quality black wood unmounted frame.

What is your Refund Policy?
If your order arrives damaged or something wrong with the order just get in touch over email and we will get another out to you as soon as possible all we ask is you send us photo evidence of damage or error in the email.
You can get a full refund on a unframed print, to do this you have to post back the print to sender address and once we receive and as long as no damage we will fully refund you.
We don not refund on Framed prints. As mentioned above if it is damaged or wrong of course we will send out the correct framed print asap to you.
When returning items for a refund customer has to pay for the postage cost to return the item to us.
Do you offer International Delivery?
Yes we do.
Although please note that only unframed print options can not be purchased internationally, also international orders at A4 prints or larger will be posted out rolled in a tube to avoid any damage in transit.
If when you try to purchase to a country and it doesn’t allow it please email me and I can see if I can make it possible for you.
International shipping is a standard £12.99 shipping charge per order.
