Secure Packaging: We take extra care to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.
Framed orders can not be placed internationally or to Northern Ireland.

What Size of prints do you offer?
All my products will list in the product description the size of the finished piece and how it comes sold for example that they come rolled in a tube, in a hard backed envelope or framed etc.
I sell the prints on my website at A5 size paper all the way upto A1 paper size. All exact measurements of prints and frames are listed on each listing.
You can also order each print framed, that come in size A4-A1. These come made to order in a high quality black wood unmounted frame.

Do you offer Print Customisation?
I don’t offer this service as standard on the prints, they come as seen. But if you have an idea for a print or wanted to create something more personal please contact me direct on yusef@artbyarjo.com and I can get you over a quote for this or an original piece of art.
What is your Refund Policy?
If your order arrives damaged or something wrong with the order just get in touch over email and we will get another out to you as soon as possible all we ask is you send us photo evidence of damage or error in the email.
You can get a full refund on a unframed print, to do this you have to post back the print to sender address and once we receive and as long as no damage we will fully refund you.
We don not refund on Framed prints. As mentioned above if it is damaged or wrong of course we will send out the correct framed print asap to you.
When returning items for a refund customer has to pay for the postage cost to return the item to us.
